If you want to do a trip in a place where the air is clean, maybe driving a fast car with no roof, with the music blaring and releasing your self on a great track, Sek is the artist that carries you there. Starting from Soulhaze, you begin to relax the nerves of the neck, lightly, leaning on the hits of the groove. Some times words aren’t the real reflection of our emotions. We have to let go, stop thinking and trust the sound that we still don’t know and all of a sudden it will appear to us like an image that was drawn in our minds. Sek’s sound is able of this. Suspicscious Mindz not for chance gives the name to this EP, thick and well done. Emotions that follow one after the other feeding our hunger of new and fluency. Domy revews with sipped sounds the unfailing tune of Suspicscious Mindz, serving himself with vocal samples evocating Sek’s microcosm, full of travel notes and ideas for the future. Street Bizz e Black Eyewear are other two great examples of how the artist is structurally decided and recognizable, ready to repropose old voice samples in a modern and avat-gard key, stricly Deep. Epilogue of the project Aretha’s House, remixed in two versions by Roy Gilles, this time he lingered on more than expected, almost like if a bunch of minutes weren’t enough to close the idea.
